Shipping information: 

Orders are sent out two times a week, because this webshop is a one-woman show and I'm running it completely by myself at the moment.  

Shipping costs & times:

Shipping cost varies, depending on the product and country. Below are some indications. The number of days below is the count from the day product is shipped, not from the day it is ordered.

European countries:  Track&trace: € 7 - 10 | 5-8 days

UK: Track&trace: € 7 - 10 | 5-8 days

US, Canada, Australia: Track&trace: € 10 - 20 | 6-10 days

Bags: 

NL: Track&trace: € 3 | 2-3 days

European countries:  Track&trace: € 5 | 5-8 days

UK: Track&trace: € 10 | 5-8 days

Return policy: 

I generally accept returns, but there are some exceptions. So please read the product information carefully before you order. Shipping items back and forth means more traffic and more pollution. I try to keep my webshop environmentally friendly so I encourage you to only send an item back if it's damaged or there's something else wrong with it.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the product has been delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Damage or production faults in the product: 

Please contact me within 7 days after receiving the product! You can send the item back and you will receive a new one free of charge or a refund if you prefer that. I will send you the return information. Please return the item within 14 days after receiving it. 

You've received the wrong product: 

Please contact me within 7 days after receiving the product! You can send the item back and you will receive a new one free of charge.  I will send you the return information. Please return the item within 14 days after receiving it. 

The product doesn't meet your expectations: 

Please contact me within 7 days after receiving the product! Product photos and descriptions are very clear, so I consider returns with this reason on a case-by-case basis. If I accept the return, you will receive a refund and I will send you the return information so you can return the item within 14 days after receiving it. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The refund of the product price (minus shipping cost if applicable) will be made when I've received the returned item.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
